We have full functional and equipped sample department. Our sample department can produce any kind of knitted sample easily.

We have our own knitting machines. Amana fashion produces its fabric by their own knitting project.

We have AutoCAD machines and Professional CAD designer to handle our designs project.

We have HR/Admin & Compliance Manager & officers whose continue follow-up the Factory.
We are also aware of our workers and employees whom we consider as the heart of our business. In this regard, we have established a Human
Resources Department which works as a moderator between the governing body and workers. This department is responsible for the recruitment of
workers, their data, salaries, bonus, promotion, leave, medical and other facilities. They continuously look after the production floor to ensure a
harmless and congenial atmosphere for the workers. They are also liable for the worker’s and factory’s safety measurements. For this reason, they
arrange different training programs for allover the employees.

The workers enjoy free health care benefits and Medicare service. We have a qualified Doctor who visits our factory every working day of week and a staff nurse who always engaged to provide medical service to our workers and staffs.

For every 60 workers we have two persons trained in First Aid and Medicare. We keep certain quantity of First Aid equipment in a First Aid Box in each floor for employees to use as First Aid.

We have Fire Fighting Equipment with auto smoke detector in the factory as per Factory Act and in order to use them effectively when required. We have a Fire Fighting team who are specially trained to deal with any fire emergency. We have arrangement for Fire Drills on regular basis every month so that the team can perform their duty effectively when required.
